Vice Ganda Begins Filming the Remake of "Petrang Kabayo"

Showtime's resident judge and comedian-host Vice Ganda is currently filming his first title movie, a remake of 1980s film "Petrang Kabayo."It was January of this year when Vice Ganda announced his first major film. Three months later, however, the comedian confirmed the delay in filming "Petrang Kabayo."
"Na-delay kasi ginawa din namin 'yong 'Hating Kapatid' ni Judy Ann (Santos) at Sarah (Geronimo). Pero eventually nag-start na nga kaya excited akong gawin, tapusin at ipalabas na para magpatawa sa mga tao," according to Vice.
"Petrang Kabayo" is a film about an ill-mannered Petra who is cursed by Silveria, the godess of horses. The curse turns Petra into a white horse. He only returns to normal if he respects and treats people well.
The remake is being directed by Wenn Deramas.
