Asia’s Pop Sweetheart Julie Anne San Jose received a Silver Award equivalent to Second Place for her song Tidal Wave in the 12th International Song Contest: The Global Sound after getting a total of 500 points.
The Gold Award, however, was awarded to the group Temple Sour from Peru after getting a total of 501 points for their song ‘Te Gusto (I Like You).
Some of this years contestants include Danish Pop band Lukas Graham, Singaporean singer-songwriter JJ L and South Korean ballad duo Davichi.
