“Matanglawin” takes viewers to Banaue this Sunday (October 15) to feast with the Ifugaos during their Imbayah Festival, which is their way of thanksgiving for a season of bountiful harvest.
Join Kuya Kim Atienza as he shows the cultural pride of Banaue through their games and rituals including arm wrestling and bamboo bike racing. Viewers will also get to immerse in the local tradition of woodcarving and understand the symbolism behind their display of animal and human skulls.
