Experience 10 Hours of LizQuen Weekly on Jeepney TV

Kapamilya love royalties, Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil, make their small screen comeback on Jeepney TV with two-hour marathons Mondays through Fridays, and five-hour marathons on Saturdays and Sundays starting February 13 at 5PM.

Go back to where the LizQuen fever all began -  in La Presa, Benguet -  and relive the love story of Alexander “Xander” Grande III (Enrique Gil), the rebellious child of a hotel magnate, and Maria Agnes Calay (Liza Soberano), the humble, beautiful, and hardworking daughter of a strawberry farmer.

After Xander accidentally crashes into Agnes’ truck while base jumping, the latter’s parents force him to pay for the damages caused by his recklessness by having him work in the strawberry farm without any comfortable amenities. Aside from this, Xander and Agnes’ love is further challenged when they get entangled in the strawberry farm land dispute between their families.

When it aired in October 2014, “Forevermore” instantly ruled the national TV ratings game and topped social media  trends because of the gripping love story of Xander and Agnes. The finale episode of the Enrique and Liza-starrer even scored the series its all-time high national TV rating of 39.3%.

Adding to the success of the series, “Forevermore” was well-received by foreign audiences and aired internationally in countries such as Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Vietnam, and parts of Africa.

From the production of Star Creatives, “Forevermore” is under the direction of Cathy Garcia Molina.

Jeepney TV is the only local variety cable channel that offers the most extensive and well preserved archived programs that bridge generations of Filipino viewers by bringing back good memories and celebrating the best of Pinoy pop culture.

Erich Gonzales Break-Up with Daniel Matsunaga Confirmation and Moving On Hairstyle

Striking a new fiercer look, Erich Gonzales, during her contract renewal with ABS-CBN on Thursday, officially confirmed the news that she and Daniel Matsunaga have broken up.

"It's true po that we're not together anymore. It's over. To be honest po ayoko po talagang mag-detalye. I just want to move on." she said.

Erich also refuted Daniel's previous statement that they remain friends and are trying to fix their relationship. She also dismissed rumor about a third party causing their break up.

"Hindi po kami nag-uusap. It's not true that we are talking. Hindi po kami magkaibigan. Walang third party po."

When pressed to give more details, Erich said she chose to keep the details of their falling apart private.

"Like what I said, ayoko na sanang mag-detalye pa. I just really want to move on. I want to help myself. So that's what I'm doing po.

I just have to accept na may mga bagay-bagay talaga na we cannot control 'yung mga nangyayari sa buhay natin. Hindi natin kontrolado. So, life goes on."

However, she mentioned that to help herself move on, she has to take a social media detox, even deleting Daniel's photos and unfollowing him online.

"Yes, I deleted the photos. I unfollowed him. Like what I said, I wanted to help myself.

I also don't read any comments na siyempre - I mean, people want to believe what they want to believe. And, like I said, kami lang ni Daniel nakakaalam."

In the end, Erich shared what she learned from their relationship.

"Kapag nagmahal ka kailangan magtira ka pa para sa sarili mo."

Watch: Kwentong Jollibee Valentine Series: VOW, DATE and CRUSH

To showcase some of the countless love stories that Pinoys have experienced with the country's number one and beloved fast-food chain, Jollibee has launched three new videos under its highly successful and much raved about #KwentongJollibee series in time for Valentine's Day.

In a special exclusive screening at the Ayala Malls The 30th, the media got to see firsthand the latest batch of #KwentongJollibee videos that were inspired by true and heartwarming stories of love. The complete cast of the Kwentong Jollibee Valentine series was also present to make the media preview even more special.

"For nearly four decades now, Jollibee has been a part of Filipinos' lives, witnessing the most touching of their life stories," said Francis Flores, Jollibee's Global Brand Chief Marketing Officer and Jollibee Philippines Marketing head. "Through these new episodes of #KwentongJollibee, the brand recognizes love in all its forms, as an icon which celebrates the joy that is present in each shared special moment."

Jollibee Stories from the Heart

In what could be the most relatable case of unrequited, unconditional love, "Vow" pays homage to people who continue to love, without expecting anything in return. Directed by Ianco delaCruz (who helmed all previous Kwentong Jollibee materials), it tells the story of a man who fell deeply in love with "the one" from the time he first saw her at a Jollibee store. But fate led them to a different path, and the story perfectly captures how love can take ona different form and still prevail in the end.

The second story "Date" explores the grim realities of life and love, yet brings to light the beautiful gift of endless love. Directed by Pepe Diokno, it showed how a young boy took the effort to arrange a surprise Valentine's dinner for his mother following his father's instructions to the letter. The son manages to set up the perfect datewith his mom, complete with her Jollibee favorites.  The mom was overwhelmed when the son shows her a video recording, which revealed that the Valentine's date was yet another proof of her husband's eternal love for her.

"Crush" is directed by Joel Ruiz and appeals to all the hopeless romantics in us. It is a feel-good and charming tale of a young college boy who's head-over-heels in love with his schoolmate and who chooses to express his feelings by leaving her with anonymouscheerful notes with her favorite Jollibee burger. Decades later, a homecoming event sees the boy, now an elderly man, making the same romantic gesture for the love of his life.

Three of the brand's previous #KwentongJollibee videos (Almusal, Entrance Exam and Mama's Girl) were among the campaigns recognized in the 2016 Araw Values Awards. Jollibee's viral Grandparents Day video 'Kahera' meanwhile made it to Google Asia Pacific's YouTube Leaderboard last September 2016 as among the most watched videos in the region -- the only campaign from the Philippines to make it to the list.

Through the years, Jollibee has witnessed many kinds of stories unfold, develop, and flourish in all its stores across the country. This Valentine's season, Jollibee and its new #KwentongJollibee series invites you to celebrate love and savor the joys that come with the special shared moments.

Watch and share the #KwentongJollibee shorts as they become available on www.youtube.com/user/jollibeedigital1 and www.facebook.com/JollibeePhilippines starting with "Vow" on February 9 at 5 p.m., "Date" on February 10 at 5 p.m., and "Crush" on February 11 at 3 p.m..

Pinay Fashion Designer Monique Lhuillier Designs Dakota Johnson's Signature Looks in FIFTY SHADES DARKER

Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele dons a custom gown and capelet by Monique Lhuillier, renowned bridal, ready-to-wear and accessories designer, in the new film Fifty Shades Darker, the second chapter based on the worldwide bestselling “Fifty Shades” phenomenon, it was announced today. The film arrives in Philippine cinemas today.

Known for her glamour and modern elegance, Monique Lhuillier brilliantly captures Ana’s alluring beauty and vulnerability with this modern design. The liquid satin sheath gown with draped neckline and cross back in a silver hue exudes femininity and sophistication, while the handmade ostrich feather capelet adds exquisite glamour for Ana’s grand entrance in the film’s exclusive masquerade ball.

In keeping with the essence of her brand, Monique’s design evokes an enchanting, yet sophisticated, vision by weaving together sensuous and modern elements for the character of Ana. The fluid silhouette of the dress, which is topped with the elegantly embellished capelet, is distinctly Monique Lhuillier.

I am so delighted to partner with Universal Pictures’ Fifty Shades Darker to design for the character of Anastasia Steele,” said Lhuillier. “Like the Monique Lhuillier woman, Ana radiates confidence and femininity, and so the gown I imagined for this iconic scene encapsulates that modern sophistication.

I often thought of Dakota in Monique’s stunning gown as a ‘beautiful siren of simplicity,’” lauded Cunliffe.  “We sent Monique ideas and images that evoke old Hollywood, and she and her team took the inspiration from there - crafting this stunning confection. Ana’s cape itself was a challenge - each feather was sewn by hand - but I felt it would magnify Ana’s showstopping entrance at the ball, hearkening back to the 1930s screen sirens. Monique also beautifully resolved our need to create a gown which can effortlessly slip to the ground…another feat of engineering."

ABOUT FIFTY SHADES DARKER

Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson return as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades Darker, the second chapter based on the worldwide bestselling “Fifty Shades” phenomenon. Expanding upon events set in motion in 2015’s blockbuster film that grossed more than $560 million globally, the new installment arrives for Valentine’s Day and invites you to slip into something a shade darker.

When a wounded Christian Grey tries to entice a cautious Ana Steele back into his life, she demands a new arrangement before she will give him another chance. As the two begin to build trust and find stability, shadowy figures from Christian’s past start to circle the couple, determined to destroy their hopes for a future together.

Also returning from Fifty Shades of Grey are Academy Award® winner Marcia Gay Harden, Rita Ora, Luke Grimes, Victor Rasuk, Eloise Mumford and Max Martini, who are joined for the first time by Oscar® winner Kim Basinger, Bella Heathcote and Eric Johnson.

The Walking Dead S7, Legion, 24: Legacy, Billions S2, Premieres This February on FOX

February proves to be an extremely exciting month for FOX Philippines as the channel announces the premiere of several hit US television series.

Several FOX shows are returning to the channel in February, including The Walking Dead, Billions, and WWE’s wrestling programs, while new shows Legion and 24: Legacy are set to bring more prestige to an already strong lineup. To promote this huge boost in programming, FOX is teaming up with Philippine escape room game Breakout to host an experience called FOXtreme Breakout, which will bring elements of these shows closer to viewers in a unique escape room challenge that will run from February 9 to 12 at Uptown Mall in Bonifacio Global City.

The new and returning television shows that will be premiering this month on FOX all have day & date telecasts and are based on exciting, adrenaline-pumping content. Legion is based on a Marvel comic book that follows the life of David Haller, who is diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder and soon discovers that he’s a powerful mutant - probably one of the most powerful that’s ever lived. Starring Dan Stevens (Beauty and the Beast, Downton Abbey), this 10-episode limited series premieres in the US on February 8 and in the Philippines on FOX on February 9 at 8 PM.

Another exciting release on FOX is 24: Legacy, a spin-off of the hit TV show 24. The series stars Corey Hawkins and Miranda Otto and follows the story of Eric Carter, an ex-Army Ranger who is being sought by a terrorist group and tries to stop one of the largest attacks to potentially happen in the US. This heart-stopping 12-episode series will show exclusively on FOX and premiere in the US on February 5, with a Philippine premiere on February 6 at 8 PM.

Meanwhile, the highly successful series The Walking Dead returns to FOX on February 13 in the Philippines at 11:35 AM simultaneously with the US, with an 8:55 PM replay for viewers in the evening. This mid-season premiere continues the explosive Season 7 of the zombie apocalypse-based show. Billions is also returning to FOX for its 13-episode second season, premiering on February 20 at 9:50 PM exclusively on the channel.

FOX is also the Philippines’ Home of Wrestling, with its wide roster of WWE titles such as Raw, SmackDown, and Royal Rumble

On February 14, FOX’s local production Wrestling Gods adds to the channel’s testosterone-fueled wrestling mania when it premieres at 9:50 PM.

Viewers can also experience all these great shows on FOX up close by joining the FOXtreme Breakout challenge at the Ground Floor of Uptown Mall in Bonifacio Global City from February 9 to 12. The channel teamed up with premier escape room game Breakout to create a series of interconnected rooms that each emulate the look and feel of the shows premiering in February on the channel. Teams of four will have about 20 minutes to finish going through the experience, in which they’ll have to fish a key off a “walker” in The Walking Dead room; take on shooting challenges in the 24: Legacy room; play a tough game of rock-paper- scissors with five big wrestlers in the WWE room; test their sanity while going through a mirror maze in the Legion room; and claim their prizes in the Billions room. FOXtreme Breakout is a fun way for viewers to immerse themselves in FOX’s newest and most-loved shows as well as win prizes.

Participants can form teams of four and register online at www.breakout.com.ph to reserve a slot and enjoy the game for free.

Charo Espedido, Director and Head of Content & Marketing at FOX Networks Group Philippines, said, “The addition of new shows like Legion and 24: Legacy along with the return of hit shows like The Walking Dead, Billions, and our favorite WWE programs to FOX make it clear that we are determined to deliver the most exciting, action-packed US entertainment content to our viewers. We’re excited to share these shows and engage with FOX’s viewers at the FOXtreme Breakout game in Uptown Mall this month so that we can whet their appetites for the amazing shows they’ll see on their TV screens soon.”

THE FOXtreme Breakout will run in Uptown BGC from February 9 to 12, 2017.

The sequel’s opening day receipts also surpassed the original Fifty Shades of Grey’s first-day take of P15-M in 2015.

Earlier, Fifty Shades Darker was approved for exhibition by the Movie & Television Rating and Classification Board (MTRCB) with a rating of R-18 which means the movie is strictly for 18 years of age and above.

The film was approved in its original US version – WITHOUT cuts, blurs and blacked-out parts.

Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson return as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades Darker, the second chapter based on the worldwide bestselling Fifty Shades phenomenon. Expanding upon events set in motion in 2015’s blockbuster film that grossed more than $560 million globally, the new installment invites you to slip into something a shade darker.

Also returning from Fifty Shades of Grey are Academy Award® winner Marcia Gay Harden, Jennifer Ehle, Luke Grimes, Rita Ora, Victor Rasuk, Eloise Mumford and Max Martini, who are joined for the first time by Oscar® winner Kim Basinger, Hugh Dancy, Bella Heathcote and Eric Johnson.

Diego Loyzaga puzzled many of his fans on Tuesday when he threw tact out the window and suddenly went after his father, actor Cesar Montano.

In a series of Instagram posts, the Kapamilya young actor called his father Cesar a liar and a hypocrite, and attacked his dad for rejecting him when he was young.

"Sa lahat ng nakakabasa nito, iisipin niyo siguro wala akong respeto kasi ama ko iyan. Pero sana tandaan niyo na mula ng pinanganak ako ng nanay ko eh dineny na ako niyan hangang ngayon! Kaya siguro puwede ako magsalita ng ganito," he wrote.

On his Instagram account, Diego, appearing to have been provoked, unleashed several scathing posts against Cesar whom he said has accused him of being drug addict.

"Ito ka ???? @cesar_montano #sakaypa!!! Padamputin mo na ako [at] lagyan ako ng karatula, 'di ba iyan ang sinabi mo?" he wrote.

Tanner Mata Wins "Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7" House and Lot

Tanner Mata may be part of "Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7," but there was no luck involved in his win against fellow housemate Jerome Alcere, which earned Mata a brand-new house and lot.

Tanner, a commercial model, beat Alcere in a challenge that involved stacking nearly a dozen small wooden houses on top of each other using only a long, thin rod. Making it more difficult, the two first had to navigate each piece that they grabbed through a maze.

He said that having a house he can call his own provides the "stability" he needs in his life at the moment. Mata was raised in the US by his mother and stepfather, but decided to migrate to the Philippines as he strives to become more independent.

He works as a commercial model. He is one of the remaining housemates from the teen, celebrity, and adult editions of this season's "Pinoy Big Brother."
